Cool credit card art
Cain Motter is an artist from L.A. His medium? Credit cards. That's right, credit cards. Cain melts and shapes them into works of art. Ironically, he's using these credit card sculptures to pay off his credit card debt obtained earlier in his life. Here's a few examples:

South Park documentary to air October 2nd
That's right, it's been over a decade since the last new documentary on South Park, but there will be one airing on Comedy Central this October 2nd at 10pm. Camera crews were in South Park Studios filming during Season 15A this past year. Should be interesting to see how the South Park guys operate after all these years, and how it compares to the previous documentary.

Unbelievably thin "house"
This is absolutely unreal. See if you can find what's unusual about this picture:
Crazy, right? It's a proposed "house" designed by Jakub Szczęsny of Centrala for Isreali writer Etgar Keret. It's been dubbed the Keret House and will be somehow built between 2 existing structures in Wola, Poland. If this isn't a record for "World's Thinnest House", I don't know what is. Check out the interior below:

| See that sliver in between those buildings? Yeah, that's a proposed house. |

Evolution "For Dummies"
There's plenty of compelling evidence for the "theory" of evolution, but this simple experiment is a visual example of it. Amazing.

Thoughts on the hurricane
Fuck you Hurricane Irene, if that is your real name. I get home from work at 10:30 and come home to no power. Awesome! Drinking beers until I don't care anymore.
Usain Bolt is Insane/Disqualified *UPDATE*
There's no way the words "coasted" and "10.10 seconds" should be in the same sentence. But when Usain Bolt jumped out to a 7 meter lead in the World Championship preliminary 100m heats, he coasted to a first place overall 10.10 second finish. He owns the world record time of 9.58 seconds, which is just absolutely ridiculous. We'll see if he continues his dominance in the 100m finals.
From USAToday Sports
UPDATE: Turns out Usain Bolt was disqualified in the 100m finals in Korea, due to a false start. I say they should have let him run anyway, even if his time wouldn't count. He still has a chance to win gold in the 200m and 4x100m relay finals, however.
