Jimmy Fallon does "Jeremy" (Lin)

I've said before (probably) that Jimmy Fallon really found his niche hosting Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and his show is definitely the best on the late night rotation.  Last night he delivered a near perfect Eddie Vedder singing Pearl Jam's "Jeremy" as a tribute to New York Knicks suprise star Jeremy Lin (much like his Tebowie performance).  Check it out below, found at Uproxx:

More RHCP finally coming to Rock Band!

Though not officially confirmed through Harmonix, the method used to uncover these tracks is nearly flawless.  It's been used to "predict" upcoming DLC in the past with a great success rate.  It basically involves guessing a URL on the RockBand.com webpage, since they have a unique page for every song in the game (and apparently upcoming ones).  Anyway, here's the Red Hot Chili Pepper tracks to keep an eye out for:
