This reminds me a lot of the "Stormtroopers 365" photo series I featured last year, and with good reason. I'm sure most of you have already visited the link below and figured out the theme of album. But if not, it's essentially a year's worth of photos of Stormtroopers in various poses and settings. Propmaker shows how to make original Stormtrooper helmet

The propmaker of the original Stormtrooper helmets, Andrew Ainsworth, shows how to make a replica helmet. Pretty cool process, looks like it takes a lot of time and effort though. Video is 13 minutes long, but worth it as a Star Wars fan.
