Woah, this is weird!
| NOT a mirror image, but an alternate shot. It's up for auction currently, and I'd totally buy it. |

Not a joke
After 8 starts, Joe Blanton has more wins for the Phillies than Roy Halladay. If you aren't a Phillies fan, you may be asking yourself "Who is Joe Blanton?!?" To that I say "Exactly." Oh, and his ERA is lower too. Think about that for a little.

Thoughts on the Miller Lite Punch Top Can
Alright so Miller Lite recently came out with their "Punch Top Can" if you didn't know. It's another marketing gimmick for sure, but does it work?
I've had a few (or more) of the new cans tonight and can give a decent review now. First off, yes the punch top works. It definitely makes the beer flow smoother while drinking it, and eliminates that "gurgle" you get from drinking a regular canned beer. It does what it's supposed to do. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will make chugging a beer much easier. As for taste? It doesn't change a thing. If you like Miller Lite, drink it. If you don't, this gimmick shouldn't persuade you.
Oh, and the punch top isn't that easy to open. It takes a decent amount of pressure to open it (I used a key and a bottle opener). Also, don't open it before you open the regular opening. Bad news.
The end.

Parks and Recreation renewed!
I posted about 30 Rock returning to NBC for a final season the other day, and was hoping that Parks and Recreation would also return. Thankfully, it is. Parks and Rec will have a new season air in the fall this year, and it will be a full 22 episode season. Which means 22 more episodes with Ron Swanson. Awesome.
Man steals back his stolen bike
This crazy story would not be possible without the internet, more specifically Craigslist. Danny Lesh, a man from the D.C. area, had his bike stolen overnight from a friend's house after he had loaned it to them. The next morning, the man noticed his exact bike being listed for sale on Craigslist. He called the seller and arranged a meeting, and asked for a test ride after haggling the price. However instead of test driving the bike, he drove it right to a waiting cab; he threw it in the trunk and drove off, successfully stealing back his stolen bike. The man who stole the bike called Lesh back a half hour later, threatening to call the police. This never happened, probably because the guy made a living off of selling stolen bikes and clearly wouldn't want the police involved.
