Lego DeLorean becoming a real set

I posted about a fan-made Lego DeLorean, from Back to the Future, way back in May of this year, and apparently the set is actually being produced by LEGO. It will be out next year, I'll I have to try real hard not to act like I'm 7 when it does. Pictures below and video after the jump! (From UPROXX)

Homemade DeLorean Hovercraft

Through fundraising by Kickstarter, Matthew Riese made his own custom DeLorean hovercraft and it's awesome.  It made an appearance during last nights Giants and Rockies game at San Francisco:

DeLorean Limo

The usual DeLorean from Back to the Future was just a 2 seater, but this DeLorean Limo can take 6 people back to the future. My question is, does it need another 2 flux capacitors? Just curious!

12.78 MPH

It's not quite the 88 MPH needed for the DeLorean to time travel, but it is the average speed of this year's Boston Marathon winner.  Kenyan Geoffrey Mutai won the 26.2 mile race with a time of 2:03:02, a new record (though not officially recognized due to a strong tailwind).  To put this athletic feat into perspective, that's like running 26 consecutive 4 minute and 42 second miles.  Holy shit.
