Confirmed: Jimmy Fallon replacing Jay Leno in 2014
Yep, the rumors are true! Jimmy Fallon will replace Jay Leno on the Tonight Show following NBC's broadcast of the 2014 Winter Olympics. As for Fallon's replacement, no announcement yet. The show will film in New York, but no word on if The Roots will remain house band. Hopefully Jimmy can still do what he does best!

Fallon replacing Leno on 'Tonight Show'?
It's a rumor for now, but it seems likely that Jimmy Fallon will replace Jay Leno on NBC's The Tonight Show. I've said several times that Fallon really found his niche as host of Late Night, so it would be no surprise to see him get a primetime gig. I'm all for the move, as long as it doesn't end up like the Leno-Conan disaster from a few years ago. Let Jimmy keep his show how it is please!More at MSN
