There's no way the words "coasted" and "10.10 seconds" should be in the same sentence. But when Usain Bolt jumped out to a 7 meter lead in the World Championship preliminary 100m heats, he coasted to a first place overall 10.10 second finish. He owns the world record time of 9.58 seconds, which is just absolutely ridiculous. We'll see if he continues his dominance in the 100m finals.
From USAToday Sports
UPDATE: Turns out Usain Bolt was disqualified in the 100m finals in Korea, due to a false start. I say they should have let him run anyway, even if his time wouldn't count. He still has a chance to win gold in the 200m and 4x100m relay finals, however.
